Abstract
Cunoaşterea de sine şi acceptarea de sine sunt variabile fundamentale în adaptarea cea mai bună a fiinţei umane la mediul social, în menţinerea sănătăţii mentale şi emoţionale. Studiul face o analiză a principalelor abordări teoretice privind cunoaşterea de sine şi a celor din jur, controversa terminologică şi abordările pe care le putem găsi în literatura psihologică cu privire la Eu şi la Sine.
Abstract
Self-knowledge and self-acceptance are fundamental variables in the best adaptation of the human being at the social environement, in keeping his or her mental and emotional health.
The study makes an analysis of the main theoretical approaches regarding the process of self-knowledge and that of knowing the ones around you, the terminological controversy and the approaches that we can find in the psychological literature regarding the Self and the I. We have also presented some ways in which we can know ourselves and the others.
