Abstract

Starting from the idea that political manipulation was frequently used in Romania before 1989 to convince the people of the communist-socialist doctrine advantages, the present paper enlarges on the means of  linguistic manipulation used by Dumitru Almaș, one of the well-known writers of children’s literature in communist Romania, in order to convince the younger generations to admire and embrace the communist-socialist doctrine.
