Abstract
Having conducted a theoretical study we found out that society marginalization is based on difference in levels of public consciousness of various mentalities. Therefore, to eliminate negative effects of the marginalization process, it is necessary to create special conditions that would lead to evolutionary changes in people’s consciousness in places of coexistence of various cultures. The analysis of the social consciousness of modern people living in Crimea may be a useful pattern for the social life stability in regions where marginalization exists.
